Battle-Ram Ltd ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Superhero Combat mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Superhero Combat is designed to be a completely offline experience after the initial download from the Google Play Store. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

• We do not collect, store, share, or transmit any personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, or location.
• We do not require you to create a user account to play the game.
• The game does not transmit any data from your device to our servers or any third-party servers. All game-related data (such as progress and settings) is stored locally on your device only.

Permissions in Use

The Android operating system requires that apps request certain permissions to function correctly. Superhero Combat requests the following permission for a single, specific purpose:

• android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE: This permission is used solely to detect when an incoming phone call is occurring. This allows the game to automatically and politely pause its music and sound effects during the call and resume them after the call has ended. The app does not access, read, or store your phone number, contacts, call history, or any other call details.

Third-Party Services

The purchase and installation of the Service are handled by the Google Play Store. The collection and use of your data by the Google Play Store are governed by Google's own privacy policy and are not covered by this document. We do not receive any personal data from Google related to your purchase, other than anonymized sales reports.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. As our app does not collect any personal data whatsoever, we do not collect it from children.
